independent from the Site and that we have no control over the

Membership
7.0 Your
Membership of Scottish Agility League runs for a 12 month period
from the date of Registering. You will be asked to make a
Donation via Paypal. The minimum Donation is £13 (Thirteen
GBP)
and provides you with full access to all services and the ability to
upload details and results for one dog. If you wish to add a
second or more dogs, the additional cost is £3 (Three GBP) per annum
per dog. Should you decide to cancel your
Membership, you can do so by contacting Scottish Agility League
directly. You can cancel at any point during the 12 month period
following the payment of your Donation.. If you cancel outside of your
statutory rights and outside of the 30 day period following your
Donation payment, no
proportionate refund of your annual payment made available to
you.
7.1
In the event of requesting cancellation of your Membership, your details
and those of your dog(s) will also be deleted from our database in
line with GDPR legislation relevant at the time of cancellation.
Miscellaneous
8.0 If any of these Terms and Conditions should be
determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by
reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms and
Conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent and
within the jurisdiction in which that Term and Condition is illegal,
invalid or enforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these
Terms and Conditions and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall
survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding
and enforceable.
8.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Disputes arising
here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the
courts of Scotland. By using this Site you agree to the personal
jurisdiction of, and venue in, such courts.
